The Opportunity Spectrum One is a strategic engineering partner for high-growth startups and established corporations. Since 2015, we have helped our clients raise over $150M in funding. We are a profitable business with consistent double-digit year-over-year growth.
We are scaling our engineering team and looking for multiple developers. We prioritize capability over tenure. We are looking for engineers who can architect and ship production-ready software with high autonomy. We value the quality of your output above the length of your resume.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a Professional. You take ownership of your work. You don't need to be micro-managed to deliver.
You Value Craftsmanship. You write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. You care about the long-term health of the codebase, not just closing tickets.
You Have High Agency. You identify problems and fix them before they are assigned. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Why Engineers Choose Us
High-Trust Environment: We hire adults. We don't track keystrokes or enforce arbitrary hours. We care about the quality of your output.
Deep Work: We minimize meetings to protect your focus time. We operate asynchronously by default.
International Standards: You will work with top-tier international clients, building systems that scale and handle real-world traffic.
Why Join Spectrum One?
Real Strategic Influence: We expect engineers to drive technical decisions. You will have a direct hand in shaping the architecture and product roadmap.

Professional Development Budget: We provide an annual budget for courses, certifications, books, and conferences. We want you to stay sharp.
Permanent Remote: Work from home or anywhere you are most productive.
Time Off & Wellness: Generous paid leave policy, full medical coverage (HMO), and mental health support for you and your dependents.
We are looking for a Senior NICE CXone expert to act as a technical advisor for our customers. You will guide them on how to best utilize their existing CXone infrastructure and provide a roadmap for future optimization. This role is strictly consultative; your value lies in your ability to audit current setups and prescribe solutions, not in executing tickets.
Architecture Review: Audit existing IVR, ACD, and omnichannel workflows in CXone Studio to identify inefficiencies.
Strategic Advisory: Provide technical recommendations on how to stabilize legacy NiceInContact implementations or prepare them for modernization.
Integration Strategy: Assess and advise on data flow integrations between CXone and external CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) using REST APIs.
Optimization: Review routing logs and configuration settings to troubleshoot high-level performance issues.
Core Platform: 5+ years of deep experience with NICE CXone (formerly NiceInContact). You must have a strong grasp of both legacy architecture and the modern cloud environment.
Studio Scripting: Expert-level proficiency in CXone Studio. You must be able to read and audit complex logic branches, custom actions, and snippets without needing to build them from scratch.
Integration Standards: Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML for troubleshooting and advising on CRM integrations.
Modernization Experience: Familiarity with the new CXone Mpower architecture or Enlighten AI is a plus, particularly regarding the transition from rules-based to AI-driven routing.
WFM/QM Knowledge: Understanding of data flows related to Workforce Management and Quality Management.
Technical Translator: Capable of translating complex business requirements into clear technical logic for the client's internal team.
Diagnostic Approach: Able to look at a broken process or routing log and quickly identify the root cause without trial-and-error.
