We seek a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant with proven experience in Zoho CRM to support our team in managing and tracking leads effectively. This role focuses on the backend administrative tasks within Zoho CRM, ensuring smooth lead management and streamlined customer communication.
Lead Management: Track, organize, and maintain leads within Zoho CRM to support effective sales and customer management
Zoho Customization: Customize Zoho CRM to suit team requirements without needing advanced programming skills, ensuring workflows, fields, and processes are optimized
Email Support: Communicate with customers via email, updating records in Zoho CRM as needed, but there are no requirements for live customer interactions
Data Entry and Maintenance: Regularly update lead information and maintain CRM data accuracy
Reporting: Generate reports within Zoho CRM to keep the team informed on lead status and follow-ups
Proven experience in Zoho CRM, particularly in customizing settings and workflows as admin
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with lead management and CRM best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written communication skills
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in a similar role is a plus
Knowledge of CRM data maintenance and report generation
Availability to work from 3 AM PH time onwards
