What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
Implement responsive, user-friendly designs
Collaborate with designers, writers, and PMs
Work with other CMS tools (Drupal is a big plus)
Support migrations and keep code clean
You Should Have:
A strong WordPress portfolio
Solid skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JS
Understanding of WP architecture and APIs
Experience with Git and web security (a plus)
