The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as a force multiplier and operational anchor. You will manage executive priorities, ensure strategic alignment across stakeholders, and eliminate operational friction at the highest level.
You are expected to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain high responsiveness during US hours.
Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar across time zones
Protect deep work time and align meetings with company priorities
Ensure the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for key engagements
Prepare executive briefs, summaries, and action trackers
Maintain operational documentation with precision
Manage expense reporting and administrative workflows accurately
Coordinate communication between the CEO, clients, and leadership
Anticipate follow-ups and eliminate the need for reminders
Flag risks and blockers before they impact outcomes
Maintain discretion with sensitive information
Ensure seamless coordination for all critical meetings and commitments
Demonstrate composure, responsiveness, and sound judgment
3+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or C-level executive
Proven experience managing complex, high-volume calendars strategically
Excellent written and verbal English communication
High level of discretion and executive presence
Experience working independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
Proactive communication style and ownership mindset
Willingness to work flexible midshift to night shift PH time
Experience in consulting, tech, engineering, or startup environments
