We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who combines deep technical expertise (Apex, LWC) with the professional maturity of a lead consultant. This role is designed for a practitioner who thrives in a flat, high-autonomy structure where you are the sole owner of your technical and operational delivery.

1. Autonomous Technical Delivery
The Expectation: You possess the expertise to design, build, and deploy complex solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows) independently.
The Standard: You are the primary problem solver for your workstream. We rely on your ability to troubleshoot platform limitations, resolve deployment blockers, and ensure "first-time-right" quality without requiring technical supervision or escalation.
2. Commercial & Operational Stewardship
The Expectation: You understand that administrative precision is a key driver of client trust and business health.
The Standard: You maintain rigorous operational hygiene. This means owning the accuracy of your commercial data—including real-time billable time entry, ticket documentation, and project artifacts—viewing these as critical deliverables equal in importance to code.

Communication: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
