The Opportunity
Spectrum One is a strategic engineering partner for high-growth startups and established corporations. Since 2015, we have helped our clients raise over $150M in funding. We are a profitable business with consistent double-digit year-over-year growth.
We are scaling our engineering team and looking for multiple developers. We prioritize capability over tenure. We are looking for engineers who can architect and ship production-ready software with high autonomy. We value the quality of your output above the length of your resume.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a Professional. You take ownership of your work. You don't need to be micro-managed to deliver.
You Value Craftsmanship. You write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. You care about the long-term health of the codebase, not just closing tickets.
You Have High Agency. You identify problems and fix them before they are assigned. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Why Engineers Choose Us

We operate a high-impact, senior-only engagement model where our practitioners combine deep technical expertise with the professional maturity of a lead consultant. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to take ownership of a critical, long-term public sector initiative.
This role is designed for a highly autonomous practitioner whose primary mission is two-fold: successfully driving a platform go-live and executing a comprehensive knowledge transfer to transition ownership from our implementation team. Following the transition, you will be the primary technical owner sustaining and evolving the solution for the next three years.
1. Autonomous Technical Delivery & Sustainment
The Expectation: You possess the expertise to design, build, and maintain complex, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform independently.
The Standard: You are the primary problem solver and long-term steward of the technical architecture. We rely on your ability to troubleshoot platform limitations, resolve deployment blockers, and ensure "first-time-right" quality for both immediate project needs and a three-year sustainment lifecycle.
2. Strategic Knowledge Transfer & Transition
The Expectation: You are responsible for ensuring a seamless handover of platform ownership before and after go-live.
The Standard: You do not just write code; you build capability. You will meticulously plan and execute significant knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring all stakeholders and inheriting team members are fully equipped to understand, manage, and scale the solution alongside you.
3. Rigorous Documentation & Operational Stewardship
The Expectation: You understand that technical documentation and administrative precision are key drivers of client trust, solution scalability, and business health.
The Standard: You view technical documentation as a critical deliverable equal in importance to your code. You maintain rigorous operational hygiene, including real-time billable time entry, ticket documentation, and comprehensive project artifacts that guarantee the solution remains maintainable for years to come.
4. Proactive Stakeholder Alignment
The Expectation: You collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders to define solutions while managing the information flow to ensure leadership and clients are always aligned on status and risk.
The Standard: You operate with a "push" communication style. You anticipate questions and provide status updates, risk flags, and blocker notifications before they are requested, effectively serving as the reliable face of the engagement.
Experience: 5–7+ years of Salesforce Development, with a strong focus on custom development (Apex/LWC) and solution design in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in the Public Sector or Child Welfare systems is highly preferred (Good-to-have).
Long-Term Commitment: A strong willingness and strategic mindset to sustain, maintain, and optimize a single, complex solution over a three-year horizon.
Professional Maturity: A proven track record of self-management. You are comfortable working in an environment where outcomes are measured by delivery, successful knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction.
Communication: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Availability: Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to ensure critical overlap and alignment with the US team.
